The 50th meeting of the Programming Committee on Youth (CPJ) took place on 7-8 December 2023 at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg.
At the meeting, the Committee approved the programme of activities of the European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and in Budapest for 2024.
The CPJ decided on the study sessions applications submitted by the deadline of 15 October 2023 and approved 13 sessions to be included in the autumn 2024 programme of the Centres, from the applications received at 15 October 2023 deadline.
The CPJ also decided on the European Youth Foundation grants for 2024 on the basis of the applications received for the 1 October 2023 deadline, as follows
- The CPJ awarded 19 international activities for implementation in 2024 for the amount of €392 341
- The CPJ awarded 11 annual work plans for implementation in 2024 for the amount of €594 498
The Committee also examined the applications for structural grants received at 1 October deadline, and awarded €1 588 265 from the EYF budget to the structural grants to 32 international youth organisations and networks for the period 2024–2025 to support their activity and their work on the Council of Europe youth sector priorities.
