The EYF can send by post free of charge the visibility items, such as pens, notebooks with the EYF branding and leaflets about the work of the EYF in various languages to the projects it supports.

The items available are A5 notebooks, pens, and EYF leaflets, translated also in numerous languages. The visibility items can be provided within available stocks.  Organisations may ask for these items for the participants of their projects, and the items will be sent by the EYF by post at zero cost for the grantee organisation. 

The requests can be sent to the email: eyf@coe.int and should include information about:

• the number of visibility items requested
• the type of visibility items (pen, leaflet, notepad or etc)
• complete postal address
• contact person
• phone number of the contact person

Number of visibility items can be calculated based on the number of participants per activity. For instance, one pen, one A5 notebook and one leaflet can be attributed to one participant.  

Please send requests on visibility items as soon as the need arises as the delivery might take some time.
