The Council of Europe’s Division for Co-operation on Freedom of Expression has launched a tender for international consultancy services to support implementation of its activities in the areas pertaining to a wide range of issues related to media freedom, freedom of expression, access to public information, countering defamation and SLAPPs, disinformation and media literacy, support to public services broadcasters, national audiovisual regulatory authorities, legal professionals such as judges, prosecutors, and lawyers, as well as training institutions, and other relevant areas.

 The deadline for applying is 21 March 2025, 16:00 CET.
