The Training of Trainers on HELP Methodology for the online courses: “Freedom of expression” and “Safety and protection of journalists” was organised on 15-16 December 2020 and promoted the courses that have been jointly developed by the Council of Europe Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) Programme and joint European Union and Council of Europe action “Freedom of Expression and Freedom of the Media in South-East Europe (JUFREX)”.
