Mr Gianni Buquicchio, President of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission), and Mr Marin Mrčela, President of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) sent today a letter to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, relating to the draft law “on renewal of public confidence in constitutional judiciary”.
