AD HOC PROCEDURES (Rule 34)

Ad hoc procedure in exceptional circumstances

If GRECO receives reliable information indicating that an institutional reform, legislative initiative or procedural change in a member State may result in serious violation of a Council of Europe anti-corruption standard which has been the subject of any GRECO evaluation round, GRECO may initiate an ad hoc procedure in respect of the member.

Si le GRECO reçoit des informations fiables indiquant qu'une réforme institutionnelle, une initiative législative ou un changement de procédure dans un Etat membre peut entraîner une violation grave d'une norme anticorruption du Conseil de l'Europe, ayant fait l'objet d'une évaluation par le GRECO, le GRECO peut lancer une procédure spéciale à l'égard de l'Etat membre en question.
