A delegation comprising four GRECO evaluators (Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Switzerland, and the United States of America) and two members of the secretariat visited San Marino on 24-28 June 2024 to carry out the evaluation of San Marino in the framework of GRECO’s 5th evaluation round. The topics covered were the prevention of corruption and the promotion of integrity in the central government (top executive functions) and the law enforcement agencies (the Gendarmerie Corps, the Fortress Guard and the Civil Police).

An evaluation report will be drawn up and examined by the GRECO Plenary in November 2024.
