GRECO has made public today its Fourth Round Second Compliance Report on San Marino, which deals with corruption prevention in respect of members of parliament, judges and prosecutors. This report was adopted by GRECO at its 97th Plenary Meeting (Strasbourg, 17 - 21 June 2024).
