The Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) held its 96th meeting in Strasbourg from 14 to 17 June 2022 in a hybrid format.
At this meeting the CDDH adopted following texts:
- Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on human rights and the protection of the environment (CDDH-ENV)
- Committee of Ministers’ Guidelines on the prevention and remedying of violations of the European Convention on Human Rights (DH-SYSC)
- Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on trafficking for the purposes of labour exploitation (DH-TET)
It also established a new drafting Group on issues relating to judges of the European Court of Human Right (DH(SYSC-JC) and adopted its terms of reference.
