CDDH-SCR, 5th meeting

The Drafting Group on Human Rights in situations of crisis (CDDH-SCR) held its fifth meeting, from 25 to 26 October 2023 in Warsaw, Poland. During this meeting, the Drafting Group agreed on Guidance for the Rapporteur for the preparation of a draft  non-binding legal instrument on the effective protection of human rights in situations of crisis.
