Protection of social rights in Europe
The Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) has been entrusted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to undertake an analysis of the legal framework of the Organisation for the protection of social rights in our continent and in particular to analyse the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and other sources.
On this basis, the CDDH was entrusted to identify good practices and make, as appropriate, proposals with a view to improving the implementation of social rights and to facilitate in particular the relationship between the various European instruments for the protection of social rights.
