National Action Plans
National Action Plans (NAPs) are an important process to aid States in their implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles. To this end the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers has called on States to develop NAPs in both its 2014 Declaration and in Recommendation (2016)3.
