On the occasion of its meeting, the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) is invited notably, from 7-11 December 2015, to examine its draft report on the longer-term future of the system of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the draft Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on human rights and business, the draft Guidelines on the promotion and protection of human rights in culturally diverse societies and its draft feasibility study on the impact of the economic crisis and austerity measures on human rights in Europe, in view of their adoption and transmission to the Committee of Ministers.
The Committee will also decide on the organisation of its work during the 2016-2017 biennium and continue examining the ongoing work on bioethics.
