The representatives of the 47 member States of the Council of Europe will meet between 3 and 5 December 2019 to examine the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, in accordance with the supervisory role of the Committee of Ministers under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The cases proposed for detailed examination, listed below, concern Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
The decisions and resolutions adopted will be made public shortly after the meeting.
