First Chairmanship of the Execution Coordinators Network

During the official launch of the Execution Coordinators Network (ExCN), held on 24 June 2024 in Helsinki, Finland, Ms. Nicola Wenzel from Germany, Ms. Oana Florentina Ezer from Romania, and Ms. Marharyta Sokorenko from Ukraine were elected by consensus as Chair and Vice-Chairs of the Network for the next two years.

Ms. Wenzel expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in her and her enthusiasm for the opportunity to work alongside the Vice-Chairs and all members of the Network. She emphasised the importance of supporting the execution procedure, solving existing problems, and learning from each other. Ms. Wenzel highlighted the great asset of the Network: the personal connections formed between members, which can enhance mutual understanding and support. She invited all members to actively engage with each other, noting that the Network is a dynamic entity, enriched by the contributions of its members. "This is a living instrument, and it is up to us to fill it with life. Let's share ideas and brainstorm together on the future functioning of the Network."

Ms. Sokorenko also thanked the members for their trust and underscored the usefulness of the Network in sharing experiences and information about the execution process. She pointed out that the Network serves as a valuable tool for identifying ways to tackle challenging and complicated cases. "I invite all of you to take full advantage of this Network".

Ms. Ezer welcomed the opportunity and reiterated the importance of utilising this unique platform to learn from each other. She extended her thanks to the co-operation Project for its support in developing the Network. "I am looking forward to fostering cooperation and building personal relationships, which are an important part of this project".
