In line with the conclusions of the Reykjavik Declaration adopted at the Fourth Summit in May 2023, the Council of Europe is striving to strengthen environmental protection through a better application of relevant human rights standards, including the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. In this context, the Council of Europe provides support to its member, as well as to non-member, states within its co-operation activities, with a view of promoting development and implementation of the environmentally friendly regulatory framework, judicial practices, enhancing capacities and raising awareness of relevant actors in the field.
In this context, the Council of Europe Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Co-operation Standards has launched a call for tenders for procurement of international consultancy in the field of human rights and the environment.
Deadline for the submission of bids: 9 September 2024 by 23:59 CET.
Tenders with the requested supporting documents shall be sent to cdm@coe.int with the following reference in subject: 2024/AO/58.
All questions regarding this specific tendering procedure shall be addressed to dgi-coordination@coe.int, at latest one week before the deadline for submissions of tenders, in English.
Tenders received after the deadline, not adequately completed in line with instructions or sent to another email address will not be considered.
