During its Spring General Assembly on 8-10 April 2024, the Conference of INGOs – among other decisions – will elect its President, its Vice-Presidents and the members of the Standing Committee for a term of office of three years.

Member INGOs which would like to participate in the elections SHOULD designate a voter and register the voter online by the latest 10 March. An e-mail with the procedure and the link to the online registration form has been sent by the Secretariat to all Heads of Delegation of INGOs on 19 February.

Many delivery failure notifications have reached the Secretariat after that. In case your INGO has not received this e-mail (due to technical problems, or the name and contact of the Head of Delegation not being up to date in the CINGO Database please inform the Secretariat urgently at : CONTACT NGO Unit  , so that the link for the registration can be re-sent to the valid address of the Head of Delegation.
