It is with great pleasure that the ICC programme announces the membership of the city of Valladolid to the Spanish Network of Intercultural Cities (RECI)!

By joining the RECI Valladolid becomes its 23rd member and commits to make diversity an advantage for the whole society by strengthening its inclusion policies through the Council of Europe intercultural approach.
