On 6th – 9th March Mr Ricard Zapata, Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona and Council or Europe Intercultural Cities Experts, delivered a training organised by IOM on "Migration, Diversity and Interculturalism" for the students of the Master in Media and Migration in the Superior Institute of Information and Communication in Rabat, Morocco.

This initiative was carried out within the framework of the European Union project "Pillar of Development in support of the RDPP (Regional Program of Development and Protection) in North Africa", implemented by IOM in Morocco. This initiative is also a way to reinforce the cooperation between the Council of Europe, the IOM and the EU in the region.
