Defining activities:
- Identifies needs, and helps to define the I&T purchase policy.
- Monitors I&T calls for tenders, helps to define specifications.
- Negotiates contracts with suppliers.
- Manages CoE lateral contracts for the provision of services, software and hardware.
- Contributes to the management of externalisation of contracts in view to optimise services and costs.
- Manages the preparation of the IT budget and the follow-up of expenditures.
- Provides I&T KPI reporting (i.e.: Total Cost of Ownership, indicators followed in DIT Dashboard & DGA Balance Score card).
