On 17 June 2014 the law on inter-municipal cooperation (IMC) was adopted and became the first tools to support development of communities within the decentralisation reform. To mark this date and discuss the state of its implementation and possible ways for its improvement on 17 June 2024 the Office of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine in cooperation with the Council of Europe Programme “Strengthening Good Democratic Governance and Resilience in Ukraine” and the USAID Program “Decentralization Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) held a round table meeting.
