The Council of Europe Project «Strengthening judicial and non-judicial remedies for the human rights protection of the war-affected people in Ukraine» which is implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026 announces the acceptance of applications under the tender procedure for the purchase IT equipment (computer equipment) and software for the Coordinative Centre for Legal Aid Provision.
Deadline for tender’s submission is August 23, 2024.
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address
Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted until August 20, 2024 (include) and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address
Documents to be provided:
- A completed and signed copy of the Contract (see document attached) with all applications:
Appendix II APPLICANT’S PROFILE AND FINANCIAL OFFER;
Appendix III – DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT;
- Registration documents for legal persons.
All documents (except for registration documents) shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
All documents must be completed, signed, scanned in full (with all pages) and sent as one document. Preference is given to scanned documents in PDF format.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
