The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine” financed under the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. Within this co-operation framework, the Council of Europe supports the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine in developing the Educational Broadcasting Concept. In this context, the Project launches the Call for Tender for purchasing consultancy services in the field of educational broadcasting.
