The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine” (hereinafter “the Project”) financed under the Council of Europe Action Plan “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. The Project work plan envisages organisation of international travels for Ukrainian participants taking part in the activities organised abroad and for international participants traveling to events to be held in Ukraine. In that context, it is looking for a maximum of three Providers for the provision of logistical services for international missions (travels and accommodation) to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, covering:
- Accommodation in Warsaw and Przemysl
- Transfer in Warsaw
- Purchase of international train tickets from/to the Republic of Moldova, Poland, Hungary and Austria
- Reimbursement of travel costs
