The Council of Europe, in the framework of the Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine”, is launching a call for tender for purchasing consultancy services for qualitative sociological research on Ukrainian radio consumption and user perception.
Interested providers are invited to apply as per the procedure and specifications outlined in the Tender File (see clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”) and the Act of Engagement.
The deadline for questions is 14 July 2024 (23h59 CET).
The deadline for submission of bids is 18 July 2024 (23h59 CET).
