Council of Europe Project “Protecting the rights of Ukrainian children and ensuring child-friendly justice” announces Tender for provision of local consultancy services in the area of protecting the rights of children and ensuring child-friendly justice.
The Council of Europe has now launched the Project c “Protecting the rights of Ukrainian children and ensuring child-friendly justice” (hereinafter referred to as the Project) in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. The duration of the project is until 31 December 2026. In this context, the Council of Europe is recruiting local consultants for provision of intellectual consultancy services in the area of protection of children’s rights within the framework of the abovementioned project.
Lot 1 concerns the provision of intellectual services in the area of harmonisation of national policy, legal framework and practices with the Council of Europe and other international standards related to children’s rights, as well as development of legal instruments and policies on mediation in restorative justice involving minors / children in accordance with the best practices and standards related to child-friendly mediation approaches.
Lot 2 concerns the provision of intellectual services related to development of training courses and other supporting materials development and delivery of trainings for criminal justice and legal professionals, as well as development of training courses and other supporting materials development and delivery of trainings for mediators in proceedings involving minors/ children.
Lot 3 concerns the provision of intellectual services related to development of training courses and other supporting materials development and delivery of trainings for non-legal professionals (psychologists, social, workers, social pedagogues, teachers etc).
Lot 4 concerns the provision of intellectual services in the areas of development of legal instruments and policies according to international standards and good practices related to children in conflict areas, children at risk and children in migration.
Lot 5 concerns the provision of intellectual services in the areas of capacity building for professionals according to international standards and good practices related to children in conflict areas, children at risk and children in migration.
