The Council of Europe is currently implementing and until 31 July 2021 a Project on Promoting social rights as a key factor of sustainable democracy in Ukraine. In that context, it is looking for Providers for the provision of design and video production services, including the overall design for the Project and its specific activities, design on infographics, design and layout of publications; and video production including video recording, editing and creation of motion videos to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
