Call for tender for purchase of advisory services for the development of the Internal Oversight Policy of the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine

The Council of Europe, in the framework of the Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine”, is relaunching a call for tender for purchasing advisory services aimed at strengthening the internal oversight framework of the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine.

Interested providers are invited to apply as per the procedure and specifications outlined in the Tender File (see clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”) and the Act of Engagement.

The deadline for submission of bids is 15 November 2023 (23h59 CET).
