The project of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe “Strengthening multi-level governance, democracy and human rights at local level in Ukraine” is launching a Call for Tender for the purchase of consultancy services in the field of anti-corruption at local level in Ukraine to support local initiatives of the selected municipalities.
Expected timeline for the provision of services: 20 May 2024 – 15 November 2024.
Deadline for submission of tender proposals – 3 May 2024 23h59 CET.
All tender proposals and supporting documents should be submitted by email only to congress.ukraine@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Tender – 9144/2024/27.
