The tender is launched on behalf of the Council of Europe projects “Supporting the reform of the national minority legal framework and the resilience of national minorities and Roma in Ukraine” and “Support for implementing European standards relating to anti-discrimination and rights of national minorities in Ukraine” implemented within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026.
