The CyberUA project, implemented jointly by the Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC) and by the Council of Europe Office in Kyiv, aims to improve the handling of electronic evidence for use in criminal proceedings related to war crimes and gross human rights violations in the context of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
The CyberUA project is launching a call for local consultancy services. The aim of this tender is to create a pool of experts who can provide intellectual services requested by the Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe on an as-needed basis.
Consultants shall have thematic expertise on cybercrime, electronic evidence and related issues as follows:
- Lot 1 - Legislation and regulations on electronic evidence of war crimes and related offences;
- Lot 2 - Law enforcement and judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence;
- Lot 3 - Interagency, international and public-private cooperation on electronic evidence of war crimes and related offences.
Interested consultants are invited to refer to the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and provide information on the scope of activities.
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 21 October 2024 by 23:59 CET.
