The Council of Europe Project “Facilitating housing solutions for the war-affected people in Ukraine” which is implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026 announces the acceptance of applications under the tender procedure for the purchase IT equipment (computer equipment) and software for the State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction.
Deadline for tender’s submission is December 11, 2023 until 3:00 p.m. (Kyiv time).
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address oleksandr.kotenko@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Tender _9157/2023/08_Name of your company. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted until December 6, 2023 until 11:59 p.m. (Kyiv time) and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address oleksandr.kotenko@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Tender_9157/2023/08_Question.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED:
- A completed and signed copy of the Contract (see document attached) with all applications:
Appendix II APPLICANT’S PROFILE AND FINANCIAL OFFER;
Appendix III – DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT;
- Registration documents for legal persons.
All documents (except for registration documents) shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
All documents must be completed, signed, scanned in full (with all pages) and sent as one document. Preference is given to scanned documents in PDF format.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
