The Principality of Andorra has made a voluntary contribution of €90,953.29 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026, the Council of Europe Action Plan on Protecting Vulnerable Persons in the Context of Migration and Asylum in Europe 2021-2025 and its successor Action Plan, the Observatory on History Teaching in Europe, as well as to promote children’s rights.

The agreement was signed on 1 July 2024 by Ambassador Joan Forner Rovira, Permanent Representative of Andorra to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
