The Training Center for Prosecutors of Ukraine held its final annual facilitation session for trainers on the topic “Trainer’s resource state”.
The event took place on November 25, 2024, was attended by 50 participants (30 women and 20 men), including representatives from the Office of the Prosecutor General, regional and district prosecutor’s offices, the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and the Training Center team.
In their opening remarks, the Training Center’s leadership emphasized:
“Our goal today is not only to celebrate achievements but also to create a solid foundation for further development and improvement of our training community.”
The event was moderated by Mrs. Nataliia Rymar, a national consultant for the Council of Europe. Training Center consultants and experts also contributed to the event. The program included a team-building session called “Wings” during which participants identified individual and team achievements, values, strengths, and best practices of the training community.
The event also included an experience-sharing session. The facilitation session “How Can We Become Better Together?” allowed participants to develop specific proposals for improving the work of the Training Center and developing the training community.
The training session was supported within the framework of the project “Fostering Human Rights in the Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”, which is part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery, and Reconstruction” for 2023-2026.
