According to various estimates, as of the beginning of 2019, between 20 and 40 thousand Roma were living in Ukraine, which for one or another reason do not have identification (passport) documents.

To address the issue of undocumented people the experts of the project developed the Roadmap for Documenting the Roma Population in Ukraine.
