This resource promotes the central role of democratic competences in our society and, thus, in school classrooms. It encourages teachers to use ICT (Information and Communications Technology) in order to promote basic democratic values that foster an inclusive environment for students, allowing them to reflect about themselves and others and acquire skills in the analysis of concepts and pre-conceptions.
This resource is intended for groups of 20 to 30 participants and makes use of individual, pair and group work as well as presentations and plenary discussions to train students and strengthen their listening and observing skills.
It can be used for in-service teacher training and training for teachers in the early stages of their careers.
