This publication aims to show how citizenship and human rights education helps address the current challenges of democratic stability in different countries, and serves as an initial database of best practices and tools to be put at the disposal of stakeholders in the field of EDC/HRE.
This is a summary of the activities and achievements of the five projects initiated under this scheme during the period 2013-15. It brings together conclusions, recommendations and best practices in the area of citizenship and human rights education, resulting from the cooperation between the participating countries. As a result, these real-world pilot studies should become a source of inspiration for further exploration.
