This training unit, developed in the Pestalozzi Programme, aims to make future teachers think about their professional values and activities. Through self-reflection and self-assessment, they tackle the obstacles in the way of professional development. Individual, group-work and debate activities help to develop readiness to question our own and other poeple's views, beliefs and theories asa well as developing the aptitude to evaluate situations and issues, to look for solutions with the parties involved.
