Cyprus has deposited the instrument of ratification of the MEDICRIME Convention. The Convention will enter into force concerning Cyprus on 1 January 2024. Cyprus is the 15th Council of Europe Member State to have ratified the MEDICRIME Convention.

The number of Parties to this treaty thus increases to 23.

Another 18 States are signatories and 2 States have been invited to accede.
