Migration Law - reference documents
The Division on Migration and Refugees (DMR) has published a comprehensive list of key Council of Europe treaties, recommendations, and other reference documents addressing migration and refugees. It offers a structured overview of the Organisation’s legal and policy framework, covering human rights, asylum procedures, and social integration.
By offering easy access to these essential texts, the DMR seeks to support policymakers, legal professionals, and researchers in promoting an informed, human rights-based approach to migration.
This page will be updated regularly to incorporate the latest developments and ensure that member states and other stakeholders have access to the migration-related standards developed by the Council of Europe.
