The 6th monitoring cycle under the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has started with two countries having submitted their 6th cycle report this month. Liechtenstein submitted its Sixth State Report on 1 March 2023, followed by Finland’s Sixth State Report (with its appendices 1 and 2) on 27 March 2023. It is now up to the Advisory Committee to consider these reports and adopt its opinions.
