Montenegro: receipt of the 4th cycle State Report

Montenegro submitted its Fourth State Report on 8 December 2022 pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. The report is also available in Montenegrin.
It is now up to the Advisory Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion intended for the Committee of Ministers.
