Slovenia: publication of the 4th Advisory Committee Opinion

The Fourth Opinion on Slovenia of the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has been published at the initiative of the authorities in both English, and Slovenian (Part I) and Part II. Government comments on the opinion will be submitted early March.
