  • Peer exchanges on best practices in Austria, Lithuania, Portugal, and Ireland on similar electronic communication systems implemented
  • Conducted detailed assessments and reported on IT improvements for the e-communication application
  • Action plan and recommendations presented to MoJPA
  • Analysed best practices for the e-communication helpdesk with cost and resource implications.
  • Prepared a communication and promotion plan, hosted a high-level event, and developed a user feedback tool for the e-communication app
  • Organized a workshop for peer-to-peer exchanges, and best practices for electronic communication in court proceedings
  • Conducted change management and related coaching of key officials
  • Conducted study visits to Strasbourg and Ireland and reported on the best practices of ECtHR for IT in court proceedings, with recommendations for national stakeholders presented to MoJPA
