The current Poster on the State Mortgage Program for active-duty contracted military servicepersons is produced by the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces of Armenia – Phase II” in close cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of Armenia. It includes essential information about the process of applying for mortgage for servicepersons, eligibility criteria, conditions of mortgages, as well as other important information about the access to the Program.

The Poster also provides crucial information about the maximal amount of mortgage, amount of financial support in the form of an advance payment, the mortgage liability insurance, the interest rate of the mortgage and its subsidy, as well as the conditions of income tax refund. The Poster is published in 950 copies and zill be shortly disseminated amongst the military units in Armenia.

The activity is held under the Project “Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces in Armenia – Phase II’’, implemented by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2019-2022. Action Plan level funding is provided by Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden.
