The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

“Bookmarks - A manual for combating hate speech online through human rights education”
Description: Bookmarks is published to support the Council of Europe’s No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign for human rights online. Bookmarks is useful for educators wanting to address hate speech online from a human rights perspective, both inside and outside the formal education system. It contains a number of non-formal educational activities, background information on hate speech online, human rights mechanisms to address hate speech and other information related to hate speech. The manual is designed for working with learners aged 13 to 18, but the activities can easily be adapted to other age groups. It is available in many languages.
