The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

“Hate Free Larissa”
Description: This video was created during the project Hate Free Larissa, which was implemented in the city of Larissa between July and October 2017. The video shows how 10 graffiti artists from different regions of Greece joined the festival and made artistic interventions in the city aiming to change hate speech street art into love speech. The Hate Free Larissa festival connected young people, citizens and various stakeholders aiming to make Larissa a city without hate speech. The objectives of Hate Free Larissa project were to increase awareness about fighting hate speech, xenophobia, racism and discrimination in the city of Larissa by supporting activities such as hate free street art and photography that will inform and educate youngsters about the different forms of hate speech and will enable them to act as multipliers and promote solidarity, democracy, tolerance and human rights among youngsters for a more diverse and respectful local society.
