“Mediterranean Academy for Youth”
Description: The Mediterranean Academy for Youth was held in Asilah from 15 to 26 August 2016, organised by the Mediterranean Forum for Youth, the Human Rights Delegation, the Moroccan Coalition for Climate Justice, the Moroccan Committee of No Hate Speech and the 12th Conference of Youth (COY12), and was part of the “holidays for all” programme entitled Camping is a Space of Co-existence and Environmental Education. Given the national and international challenges that young people face nowadays, the Mediterranean Academy for Youth is an educational and cultural space where 150 participants (between 18 and 30 years old) coming from different regions of Morocco, as well as from Tunisia and Algeria, shared and exchanged their knowledge and experiences.
