The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

Evaluation and Closing Conference of the No Hate Speech Movement ‘Is This I.T?’
Description: The Evaluation and Closing Conference of the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign took place at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg from 10 to 12 April 2018. The conference brought together 151 participants from 44 countries. Participants gave feedback on the preliminary summary of the evaluation key findings and gave their insights into the achievements and weaknesses. Participants discussed the future of the movement and follow-up steps to continue working together on the Campaign without the European co-ordination by the Youth Department of the Council of Europe. The Conference conclusions list present day-to-day challenges that need to be taken up.
