The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

Report of the “No hate speech training course with youth workers”
Description: From 6 to 10 February in Oslo, Norway, the No Hate Speech Movement Norway, in co-operation with the National Agency of the ERASMUS+: Youth in Action office, organised a one-week training course on hate speech, using the manual Bookmarks. The training course, which brought together around 28 participants, aimed at developing the competences of participants on hate speech and how to tackle it with young people both online and offline, as well as to learn more about the tools and methods for addressing hate speech. This report provides a summary of the participants’ profiles, the programme of the training course, recommendations from the team, and a summary of the follow-up activities developed by participants.
